Book Signing - Kathy Corse
Trinity Memorial has always been blessed by counting creative, insightful persons among its members: artists; scientists; historians; theologians; writers; teachers, above all, who have been willing to share their expertise and experiences liberally with all of us. This time, we’d like to recognize Kathy Corse, who has completed and published an important book, and we invite you to join her for a book-signing October 27th, following the 10:00 am service.
Prior to writing, Kathy was a well-respected, business developer in sales, leadership and customer service. A highly skilled executive, she assisted companies in sales force and revenue growth for years.
Upon retiring, she was able to spend more time with her mother Catherine. By recording memories, going on outings and asking questions, she gained vital information, giving her the motivation to write.
Her long time dream turned reality with the authentic and inspiring completion of her non-fiction novel, “All That I Had.” An easy read, dedicated to all readers who desire a simpler, slow-paced and meaningful existence and to discover the value of what really matters most in life.
The true story is about a precious gift given long ago, by a remarkable woman who combined strength with love, and courage to sustain her family through hardship. “It was all that I had,” Catherine explains. What she wouldn't know was the gift she gave so generously would be returned, unbidden and unexpected, decades later.
A book that crosses generational lines, “All That I Had,” appeals to a broad audience. This unforgettable memoir resonates with readers long after the last page is turned.
Find a relaxing place, settle in and travel back in time with Kathy. She hopes you'll enjoy reading “All That I Had,” as much as she enjoyed writing it!
On October 27th, following the 10:00 am service, Master storyteller Kathy Corse will be available to sign copies of her book in the Hoyt Room.
**A portion of all sale proceeds will be given to the HCA, “Helping Celebrate Abilities.”
